Group piano lessons
Piano learning that's
Playful. Purposeful. Connected.
Piano lessons designed for learning
Just as children use a variety of strategies in learning to read, the KeyNotes Music program uses many different strategies in teaching them to play the piano. These lessons are designed to give students a broad base of musical skills: beat, rhythm, pitch, reading, improvisation, composition, and performance. This helps them develop into confident, independent musicians with a deep understanding of music.

Piano lessons designed for connection
Rather than learning in isolation, students learn together with and from their peers, supporting each other as they grow. They improve their listening skills and learn how to play as part of an ensemble. The curriculum is carefully designed to help each student succeed to their own ability level within the group environment.
Piano lessons designed for fun
Learning to play music is an exciting and rewarding endeavour! We use creative stories and images within the music to capture students' imaginations. Through improvisation and composition, they become creators of music instead of only consumers. And playing games to learn theory concepts is so much more fun with friends!

Discover the KeyNotes difference!
KeyNotes piano lessons are based on a cyclical curriculum, so as your child moves through the books, they review and deepen their understanding of musical concepts. This creates strong musicians who are confident in their abilities.
Prairie Blooms Music is the first piano studio in Saskatchewan to offer the KeyNotes Music program. This program is based in the UK and used in countries around the world. Don't miss this opportunity to be a part of it!
